Dispatch Within 24 Business Hours
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays ship the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as the carrier scans the package. Tracking can take 12 to 24 hours to show movement after dispatch — that's normal.
Free Shipping Over $80
Cart subtotals of $80 or more ship free anywhere we deliver in the US. Subtotals below that use a flat $8.99 shipping fee — we don't bump the rate by zone or weight.
USPS & UPS Ground Shipping
We route through USPS Priority and UPS Ground depending on destination and weight. Both carriers honor the adult-signature requirement at delivery.
Adult-Signature 21+ Required
Federal regulations on vape shipments require an adult (21+) signature at delivery. There is no way to waive this and we cannot leave a package unattended.
If no one 21+ is home, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt again the next business day. After three failed attempts the package returns to our warehouse — see "Lost in transit" below.
Delivery in 2–5 Business Days
Most US addresses see delivery 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and peak holiday periods can run longer — the tracking link in your email is always the live source of truth.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a tracking number stops updating for more than 7 business days, email support@nicotinefreevaping.com with your order number. We open a carrier trace and reship at our cost while the trace resolves.
What we don't ship
- PO boxes — carriers can't capture an adult signature at a PO box.
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses — federal vape-shipping restrictions apply.
- Outside the United States. No Canada, no Mexico, no international.
- Addresses in states or municipalities where flavored vape shipments are restricted.
- To anyone under 21. Age is verified at the door by the delivery driver.
