Orders — whether a single Geek Bar Pulse Zero or a multi-device order — are subject to availability and US shipping restrictions. Quality issues are covered by the 7-day window on the returns page. We're not liable for misuse of the product or for delivery delays outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Who can order
You must be at least 21 years old to browse, register, place an order, or take delivery from nicotinefreevaping.com. Age is verified at checkout and again at the door by the delivery driver. Ordering on behalf of anyone under 21 is prohibited and grounds for account closure.
Our products
Every product sold on this site is the manufacturer's zero-nicotine (0mg) edition. We do not sell any product containing nicotine. Zero-nicotine vapes are still adult products and every order is handled under the same 21+ rules as any other vape purchase.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in US dollars and shown excluding any applicable state or local tax. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a published-price mistake. If we cancel an order on our end, you receive a full refund — no restocking fee.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express — Discover is not accepted) through our PCI-compliant processor. Card details are handled by the processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping & delivery
Full shipping terms — dispatch timing, adult-signature requirement, US-only restrictions, and lost-in-transit handling — live on the shipping policy page and are incorporated into these terms by reference. Orders ship from our US warehouse within 24 business hours.
Returns & quality
Quality issues are covered by the 7-day window on the refund & returns page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Opened disposables are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Acceptable use
Products sold here are intended for adult buyers 21+. They are not medical devices, they are not approved as smoking-cessation aids, and we make no health claims about them. You agree to use each product per its included instructions and not to modify, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the device or its battery.
Limitation of liability
Nicotine Free Vaping is liable for replacing devices that fail under the 7-day quality window and for refunding orders we cancel. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or consequential losses arising from misuse, modification, or third-party combination of the product. Some US states do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties — in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes that can't be resolved by email with support@nicotinefreevaping.com go to the competent state or federal courts in the United States.
Changes
We update these terms when our policies change. Material changes are posted on this page with a revision date. Continuing to use nicotinefreevaping.com after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
